The institute's MBA program is affiliated to U. P. Technical University, Lucknow. It is a two year program with four semesters. The course is well designed to suit the contemporary requirements of industry. Apart from a number of comprehensive modules on various subjects related to Management science, Industry Economics, IT Humanities etc. there is a system of continuous industry interface. Students are put into industry many a time for a few weeks to learn the managing skills in real environment. Students groom themselves with specialization in their field of interest like Marketing, Finance, Human Resource and Information Technology etc.

The team also has members with decades of corporate experience in India and abroad at key positions in topnotch companies. The institute uses the methodology of classroom study, case study, simulation techniques, presentations, seminars and various management games. It is mandatory for the students to give presentations and participate in seminars and management games at the institute. We are also in the process of establishing academic collaboration with certain universities in USA to expand our resource base.

We have a record of excellent placement before final exam for last five years.
